Parents' Evening Booking System
Parent-teacher meetings allow parents/carers to meet with their child's teacher and discuss their progress. It is an opportunity to develop the relationship between the teacher, the parent, and the child.
The expectation at Oaklands is that all parents/carers are met by the relevant teacher.
If there have been any changes to your contact information or emergency contact numbers, please take a moment to update these details on the form available from the school office. We must have accurate contact information to reach you promptly in case of any emergencies.
Additionally, if there has been any changes in your child’s health that we should know about, please complete a medical form so that we can update our records.
Parents’ Evening Update - Ash Class
As many of you are aware, Ms Hassan was unwell during the week of Parents’ Evening, and as a result the meetings had to be postponed. We have now arranged a one day online Parents’ Evening, which will take place on Friday 12th December. Appointments will be available throughout the school day, with some additional slots after 3:30pm to accommodate working parents.
We understand that parents are keen to see their child’s learning books. To ensure this opportunity is not missed, we will be organising a separate date next term for parents to come in and view their child’s books in person.
Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. We hope that providing this information in advance will give all parents enough time to book their appointment.
The portal opens Friday 5th December 2025 at 3.30pm and closes at 12:00 noon on Wednesday 11th December 2025.
